Teeth are a vital part of our health.
WebMD.com says there are four important steps to keeping your smile healthy.
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day for 2-3 minutes
- I usually turn on music and brush until the song is over to make sure I brush for long enough.
- Floss regularly
- Eat healthily
- Go to the dentist
Take a few extra seconds to brush those teeth every day to keep those pearly whites as healthy as possible!
